Q. Could you tell us something about your new beginnings?
Yes, we are a startup company founded in 2020, engaged in the manufacture of high performance Forging and Casting Lubricants. The young, robust team at Yeskolube is in such an advantageous position that it has leverage to the expertise of its professional team of mentors with decades of domain knowledge and experience.
Q. Where do you manufacture your products?
It took just months for us to establish two manufacturing plants – one in Pune, Maharashtra and the other in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. These two plants put together have a production capacity of 500 Tons per month. Both the plants are strategically located both from the proximity of the customers as well as from the logistics point of view. The plants have state-of-the-art blending, testing and storage facilities to ensure the best-in-class products are ready and available for the global market.
Q. Lubricants are highly service-oriented. What is the infrastructure you have built up to meet this challenge?
Proximity to the customer is very significant in our business. This is what prompted us to set up nation-wide sales and stock point network. Today we have sales and stock networks in 20 locations including Ahmedabad, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Bangalore, Baroda, Belgaum, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jamshedpur, Kolhapur, Kolkatta, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Nashik, Pune, Rajkot, Rudrapur and Surat.
Q. What are the different types of Lubricants you offer?
We offer graphite-based forging lubricants with assured high performance, and high lubricity and releasing properties. Similarly we offer non-graphite forging lubricants which are eco-friendly and do not emit toxic hazardous smoke.
Q. What are the water-based PDC die coats you offer?
We offer quite a few water-based PDC die coats which feature excellent layer formation in dies at high temperatures, waxfree, paintable silicon based; Synthetic, semi synthetic, silicon free; with excellent lubricity and release properties; extended surface finish, and lowest emulsion costing.
Q. For Metal Treatment, what are the products you have to offer?
For treating metals, we have non-oily, non-sticky polymer based rust preventives. We also offer Pre-forge coatings and scale protectors, cleaners, mineral-based high performance cutting oil, and semi-synthetic based high performance cutting oils.
