We are all excited to be part of IMTEX FORMING 2024.
Investment sentiments are at an all-time high and with business indices prospecting stronger growth in 2024, this will be a perfect platform to meet up with our customers. At our pavilion you would find a storyline embedded with Software Eco system, Robotic measurement solutions, Data connectivity, Precision hardware and passionate ZEISS engineers.
Customers would witness Automated solutions in Inline Car Body shop inspection and Dimensional measurement using Automated Blue light scanners. There is an increased demand for these systems in the growing Auto market. Also on demonstration would be standard devices in Metrology like CMM, Optical and SF&G solutions suiting the Auto component industry which is experiencing a strong growth curve.
We have special focus on our ZEISS Quality Suite, which is a software ecosystem that unites the high-tech 3D software solutions ZEISS provides into one platform for any hardware be it a CMM, Optical or CT. The applications could be Measurement, Reverse engineering or Data based decision making. Summing it all up, we are looking forward to the D-day.
“We intend to be subtle while allowing our solutions and customers to do the talking. Our key opportunity will be to engage with the Indian FORMING community to understand their needs and gain from the directions we receive,” says Manoj Sundaram, Head of Business Development, Carl Zeiss India.
Though some of the technologies will be updated versions of existing systems & software, there are a few noteworthy Innovations in hardware and software.
We are demonstrating a ZEISS ScanBox Series 5 . This is an all-in solution for automated inspection and digitization of complex parts. The powerful 3D measuring machine provides you with full-field measuring results for CAD comparison in a very short time, visualizes possible deviations from GD&T and accelerates your production, maintenance and repair processes.
On the other side is ZEISS AIMax, a digital-optical 3D sensor and a new benchmark in robot-based 3D inline metrology for sheet metal processing and car body construction. The unique combination of three measuring principles in one compact sensor enables the measurement of complex geometric characteristics such as holes, bolts, and gap and flush with maximum robustness, as well as attributive characteristic recognition.
Yes, we would be introducing two products namely ScanBox and Technical Cleanliness Microscopes in the Indian Market. There will also be a relaunch of DURAMAX, our Shop floor CMM, with the product now being produced at our Bengaluru facility.
This is a step towards our support for ‘Make in India’. Technical Cleanliness Microscopes are a unique offering in the microscopy segment, with the TCA software solution. Being AI based ,it makes it distinctive for ZEISS and much needed for the industry.
We intend to be subtle while allowing our solutions and customers to do the talking. Our key opportunity will be to engage with the Indian FORMING community to understand their needs and gain from the directions we receive. It’s not about being conspicuous as we have always been in Hall 3A entrance, though this time we have much wider range of solutions on display and much more to demonstrate to the community – from Robot-based automated solutions, AI-based Technical Cleanliness solutions to our ZEISS Quality Suite software portfolio which has come a long way in terms of product development and features. Some of the solutions to be showcased will make ZEISS to be more visible to our customers and visitors. Our booth number will be A-122.
