Finally the interaction of machines, on one side the mechanical connection to optimise a complete process and on the other side the data connection, here chaotic machine usage, shorter shut down time, tool life optimisation and finally quality information leads to higher usage of the capacity. The OEM try to outsource not only parts but also design and process development and by that the machine tool builders take over a more important role in the partnership.
