Schmalz India Unveils the All-New VacuMaster at Blech India 2025
Mumbai, May 8, 2025 – A Game-Changer in Material Handling: Schmalz, a leader in vacuum automation and material handling systems, unveiled its next-generation vacuum lifter VacuMaster at BLECH India 2025 — Booth D2, Hall 3.
The prestigious unveiling of this groundbreaking vacuum lifter was performed by Mr. Rakesh Agarwal, Founder of Laser Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a prominent figure in the laser cutting industry.

With a lifting capacity of up to 750 kg, the VacuMaster enables a single operator to safely and efficiently handle heavy, flat, non-porous materials — eliminating the need for slings, chains, or multiple peronnel.
Powered by a high-performance electric vacuum pump, ensuring smooth handling of suction-tight workpieces. Equipped with digital and analogue vacuum gauges, it provides precise, real-time monitoring of vacuum levels in the system. The automatic on/off control of vacuum pump maintains optimal vacuum pressure, boosting both performance and energy efficiency. For additional safety, a manual slide valve is provide with double actuation.
Constructed with mild steel main and cross beams, the VacuMaster offers a lightweight yet durable structure, providing stability without sacrificing ease of movement. The integrated vacuum reservoir accelerates cycle times and ensures load security in the event of a power failure. Its versatile suction plates provide optimal adaptation for various surfaces. The system includes the Flexo Link, allowing each suction cup to individually adapt to contoured surfaces, ensuring a secure grip on uneven workpieces. In addition, the pad disconnector enable selective activation of suction cups, making it ideal for different size of workpieces. The quick-connect electrical system allows for fast integration and simplifies maintenance.
