Advanced fabrication today depends on faster throughput, multi-process capability, and higher accuracy across cutting, bending, punching, and welding operations. As manufacturers seek compact, high-productivity systems, integrated machine solutions are gaining stronger importance across India’s sheet metal sector.
During Metal Forming Expo 2026, Machine Tools World spoke with Dr Rakesh Agarwal, Founder and Managing Director of Laser Technologies Pvt. Ltd., who shared insights on the company’s latest technologies showcased at the exhibition.
The display included a 1.4-metre panel bender for automated bending, a three-in-one machine combining turret punching, laser cutting, and tapping, along with advanced CO2 MIG welding systems and laser welding machines with mark-free spot welding capability. The company also presented its GX 6 kW laser cutting machine and a 3 kW cutting system with a bevel cutting function.
Dr. Agarwal also highlighted the company’s wider manufacturing ecosystem, combining machinery, trained manpower, and proprietary software to help improve productivity for users across industries.
