HARTING China is awarded as “Intelligent Manufacturing Leader” by Gongkong, a leading automation media in China for HARTING’s outstanding contribution to Industry 4.0/Integrated industry. The renowned online automation media “Gongkong” has been holding the award for 14 years on a yearly basis. Judges are formed by chief engineers or experts from various industries such as petrochemical, textile, rubber industry, printing industry, power and 10 other industries. They voted for “Innovation Products”, “Intelligent Products” and “Model Projects” in consideration of technology, function and market application. After online voting and group scoring, a total of 11 categories of prize were shortlisted.
It was the fourth time for HARTING to receive the award from Gongkong, Dr. Ellen McMillan was interviewed by Gongkong and expressed her appreciation. “China takes up major share of Asia sales, which is a market with lots of potential to grow. Under the background of Industry 4.0/China Manufacturing 2025, more and more digitalisation and automation will be required in manufacturing.
