Additionally, our services under the Mobil ServSM Lubrication Analysis (MSLA) program are helping businesses unlock their true potential with servicing performance interfaces that allow timely monitoring and course correction.

The machine shop, especially, has been a key area of focus for us as India aims to expand its manufacturing prowess. For this, we have developed a range of solutions such as the Mobil Vactra™ Oil Numbered Series that has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of accuracy, aqueous coolant separability, and equipment protection for precision machine tools. To ensure excellent performance in arduous machining operations, we have designed the Mobilcut™ Series of biostable, chlorine-free fluids that are particularly suitable for aluminum alloys used in the automotive industry.
The Mobilcut Series of metalworking fluids also offers benefits in ease of use and maintenance, excellent performance even in high pressure systems, potential to consolidate products and reduce inventories, and its natural odor enhances the workplace environment. Further, the Mobil Velocite™ Oil Numbered Series oils are premium performance products primarily designed for the lubrication of high-speed spindles in machine tools. They are also used in some critical hydraulic, circulation systems and airline oilers where the appropriate viscosity grade is selected.
Our cutting-edge smart service solutions that monitor lubrication needs and warn of related malfunction in machinery with enough time for amendment, are playing a key role in supporting industries to fulfill their business goals. For instance, through patented processes MSLA, we continue to be a leader in oil analysis technology, providing reliable predictive information, as well as recommended action steps along with on-site support from our engineers. MSLA is helping operators manage oil analysis as much as 66% faster– translating into two-thirds savings in expected time**.
