Shell Lubricants, the global market share leader in finished lubricants, bagged the ‘Lubricant company of the year’ award second time in a row at the recently concluded 3rd edition of India Wind Energy Forum Excellence Awards; held in Goa. This year’s edition focused on the various factors which will lead to a resurgence in the Indian wind energy sector, making it one of the most favorable wind energy sector globally. India is the fourth largest wind energy producer in the world with 21.2 GW generation in 2016. The government of India has aimed to take it up to 60 GW by 2022.
