We all can recall back in November 2019 when corona was introduced to the world as the new virus, no one would have ever imagined that it will affect us in such a way that getting out of our homes will be counted as an achievement. This was a head shot to the industries like Manufacturing, Engineering, Mining, Automotive, Restaurant and Leisure. SDTRONICS being part of one of these industries was the challenge. but, who doesn’t like the challenges?

After a challenging lockdown it was new energy to go back to the work again for making the new milestones. Team SDTRONICS was the highly motivated! As the safety is the top most priority we all have been taking the social distancing and other covid safety norms very seriously. The work culture was now totally changed and it was drastically shifted towards the technology & automation! From creating a record high growth to being felicitated by Emerging Brand Award 2021 by Business Icon magazine we made some great achievements!
The covid days have made daily life bit more practical and boring, to avoid this we introduced Fun-Saturdays at our factory premises where the Book reading, sports activities & abstract strategy games are being played by all our employees for a specific period. The games like cricket, Table Tennis, chess, Hide n seek and some other team bonding activities are the few of them. Due to this all stay energetic & proactive at work. Their work flow & psychological balance stay maintained which results as the best performance from each one of them!
