Zyfra eyes 15 thousand installations of its real-time machine monitoring system by 2021
In 2019, Zyfra has connected 9000 CNC Machines to its MDCplus real-time machine monitoring and manufacturing data collection system. The projects have been implemented in Bulgaria, China, Finland, France, India, Romania, Turkey and Singapore.
“By 2021 we are looking at more than 15,000 MDCplus installations across the globe. This year, we have devoted a lot of time to research and development. We have introduced a powerful new solution for predictive analytics which can even predict a machine or tool breakage. This solution, which will work with MDCplus will help our clients make discrete manufacturing more efficient,” said Zyfra’s general manager, Igor Bogachev.
MDCplus is designed to track machine operation, personal productivity and parts manufacturing progress. Its tailored reports and charts can be used to eliminate unreasonable downtime, evaluate overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and reduce production costs. On average, equipment monitoring increases production efficiency by 20%.
In 2018 Frost & Sullivan named Zyfra as the Entrepreneurial Company of the Year in the Artificial Intelligence-based Machine Data Monitoring Solution for Process Industries.
“We are seeing high demand for digitalization from companies in India, Turkey and France. These countries therefore have an opportunity to be the first in their regions to build a new economy and achieve results,” added Igor Bogachev.
India has become the key foreign market for Zyfra with more than 500 CNC machines connected to its MDCplus system in 2019. By 2021 the company is looking at more than 2,000 MDCplus installations in India.
