This role is in addition to his current role as CEO and MD of Setco Spindles India. With an impressive career spanning over 30 years in the machine tool industry, Rajesh brings a wealth of expertise and a forward-thinking vision that will be instrumental in consolidating Setco’s growth strategy across Asia.
In this additional role, Rajesh will be responsible for creating synergy among Setco’s teams in India, Taiwan, and China, and leveraging the company’s robust manufacturing capabilities and strong customer connections with machine tool OEMs. He will also focus on utilizing Setco’s wide-ranging product portfolio—including built-in motor spindles and milling heads—to position Setco as a one-stop spindle and milling head partner for OEMs. His strategic insight will be central to the development and execution of a comprehensive five-year plan, aimed at expanding Setco’s market presence, enhancing operational efficiency, and advancing product innovation.
