Modulo Gen-02 -Progressive Drawers: Combined with our powerful SupplyPoint inventory management software the ModuloGen2 provides a high capacity solution to meet the unpredictable challenges of issuing consumables on the shop floor. Gives 100% accountability of who has taken; what item; how many of those; on which job and what machine can be traced with our Software and hardware.
CONFIGURABLE DIVIDER ModuloGen2 can be configured to provide different size drawers and compartments to accommodate tools, inserts, drills, end mills etc…Expandable system upto 10 ModuloGen2 frames/machines can be connected to provide a maximum of 1,200 drawers. UNIQUE MANUAL OVERRIDE ModuloGen2 has a unique manual override which is simple and easy to use in the case of power outages and maintenance situations.
HIGH SPEED ACCESS Rapid search and selection of items via the SupplyPointTM software is further enhanced with a complete LED identification system which guides users directly to the drawer containing their items.
SECURITY Access to the contents of items in the ModuloGen2 can be restricted by the use of: user name, password, biometric identification, card readers or a combination of these options.
EFFICIENCY Multiple drawers can be selected in one transaction minimising the time required to manage large volumes of stock.
