Sparkonix Launches Dual Head EDMs

The quest for greater productivity in machining is always on. In its quest to enhance productivity, Sparkonix’s R&D team recently developed a Dual head EDM for a critical machining application.

‘While the Dual head EDMs are widely used in many markets, customers in India, more so at the small and medium scale, have been relatively hesitant to use these machines. Until now, there was hardly any option but to import these machines. Higher price range, lack of service, etc. were some of the key reasons why Indian customers found it challenging to adapt dual head EDMs.’, says Shailesh Patwardhan of Sparkonix.
