- Thrufeed program allows entering finish diameter and fine compensation. Compensation can be made automatically by taking output of post process Gauge
- Vector control AC Variable drive for regulating wheel can be integrated to allow speed variation during same grinding cycle. The lower speed during roughing work allows grinding material aggressively and also takes care of bend in part without over loading of the wheel. The higher speed during finish grinding and spark out stage ensures better roundness and surface finish
- Dress reminder can be programmed for dressing after pre-programmed number of cycles or preset time
- Stand-alone enclosure for controls. Panel air conditioner for enclosure
- Can be installed on new or used grinders. Solitaire can also rebuild your infeed slides prior to installation of attachment to ensure optimum performance
