HIWIN Welding Robot System – the comprehensive solution for various industries, including consumer goods, automobile, semiconductor, and energy.

This system offers stable welding quality and accuracy, improved efficiency, and user-friendly operation. HIWIN welding robot system utilizes HIWIN’s in-house key components, ensuring stable and reliable performance with an absolute accuracy of ± 0.05mm. It can be integrated with a laser seam sensor tracking system for precise trajectory correction, enhancing weld performance.

The self-developed EtherCAT control platform enables real-time mutual communication and synchronous control of up to six axes, significantly improving production efficiency and capacity.

The HRSS4.0 software provides a user-friendly graphical interface, simplifying operation and reducing machine adjustment time.

The system also helps reduce human-power burden by simplifying the operation process and allowing operators to perform high-value-added tasks while the robot handles welding.

Here are some additional features and capabilities of the HIWIN welding robot system:

    Touch Sensing and Robot Simulation:

The system features touch sensing for auto-searching the position of the weld bead, and a robot simulation function for quickly analyzing the benefits of introducing robotic systems. The touch sensing function can compensate for workpiece displacement, assembly, and machining errors, while the robot simulation function can save resources and time on pre-assessments.

    Laser Seam Sensor and Weaving:

The system includes a laser seam sensor for fast and accurate search for weld beads, and weaving capabilities to improve weld bead filling range. The laser seam sensor can compensate for the tolerances of manufacturing and assembly, while the weaving capabilities provide various modes such as SINE, CIRC, and L, etc.

    Welding Monitor and Welding Modes:

The system offers a real-time welding monitor for analyzing the cause of poor welding results, and supports various welding modes such as MIG/MAG, TIG, and others. The welding monitor provides real-time data with visual graphs, abnormal error and stop function, and complete record of welding parameter data.

    Robot Specification:

The system is available in various models with different specifications, such as maximum payload, speed of rotation, and rated torque of rotation. The head stock specification includes models such as HS-200, HS-350, HS-500, and HS-1000, while the head-head stock specification includes models such as HH-350 and HH-500.

    Comprehensive Welding System Solutions:

In addition to the welding robot system, HIWIN offers other solutions, such as the AWS-2FT Two Fixed Table System, AWS-2CP Two Cantilever Positioner System, AWS-HTS Head Tail Stock System, AWS-IT Index Table System, and AWS-2MT Two Mobile Welding Table System, catering to different workpiece sizes and requirements.

HIWIN welding robot system is a comprehensive and adaptable solution for companies seeking high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective welding processes across various industries. With its advanced features and capabilities, it can help companies improve their welding processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs. Contact HIWIN today to learn more about how the welding robot system can help solve your welding issues.
