Green manufacturing (GM) is a term used to describe manufacturing practices that do not harm the environment during any part of the manufacturing process. 1. In our opinion, Green Manufacturing is a many faceted subject. Each organization would be able to contribute to this aspect in different ways. 2. We feel that Generating powe, savings of water, savings of oil and lubricants, avoidance of loss of compressed air, etc. are a step in the right direction. 3.
