Q1. How will you introduce Dijet to a new audience?
We are Dijet Industrial Co. Ltd from Japan, founded in October 1938. Established in December 1950. DIJET has worked for progress of technology as primary occupation of carbide tool manufacturer since established in 1938. Due to the stock of total technologies and affluent know-how by consistent manufacturing from powder mixing to complete products, DIJET can provide stable and high-quality products of various demands from customers. DIJET has various materials like carbide, coated carbide, CERMET, PCD and CBN… and various products, even custom-made from customer demands. Consistent manufacturing is able to repeat quality and earn trust from customers.
Q2. What are the cutting-edge products that you introduced recently in the Indian market?
We are very much known for the milling range of products and we have an expertise in the die & mould machining, and extending to Aerospace industry. Our new product range covers 6 cutting-edge high feed inserts even in smaller diameter range. We also have new aluminium machining inserts for aerospace industry and indexable drills with our own EZ geometry covering L/D- ratio 3,5 and 8 extending to 12. Our key focus development which we have recently launched is our new coating inserts designed for high efficient machining of Heat resistant alloys, Titanium alloys, and Hardened stainless steel. We are confident these developments will definitely benefit the industry for further growth.
Q3. How do you approach designing tools to meet challenging machining requirements emanating from the use of hard and exotic materials?
Designing is the key to meet the challenges in the machining requirements and we have special products which can do the efficient machining of hard and exotic materials with a good tool life. Adding to this as a Dijet we have our own technology of coating which we call as Dijet value coating which enables highly efficient machining of these difficult-to-cut materials. We are confident in our designing and development of cutting tools and our approach towards such challenges in the industry are remarkable. Our future innovations will surely benefit the industry and overcome the day-to- day challenges.
Q4. How do you look at the future of the Indian cutting tool industry, and what are Dijet’s strategies to maintain your leadership position?
The Indian cutting tool industry is poised for continued growth and it is growing in multiples, and vice versa. Cutting tool industry also will grow in multiples. The cutting tool industry is driven by industrial automation, infrastructure development, and a shift towards high-precision machining with smart machining techniques and digitally integrated tools are expected to play a significant role. India’s manufacturing sector is expanding, leading to increased demand for efficient and reliable cutting tools. As a company policy we never compromise on the quality of the products. Dijet believes in consistency and quality of the product. Under the Leadership of our Director Mr. Fumio Takayanagi and Business Head India – Mr. Ravi Sane, we maintain our position of high quality products.
