The year 2019 started off with a bang for LMT Tools India at IMTEX 2019. The firm entered the show this year, with an intention of becoming the Go-To-Innovative-Technology-Partner for its customers. 1 .Thread Rolling on CNC Live Demo:
This proved to be a show stopper at IMTEX 2019. With the live demonstration, the firm showed how threads could be rolled in seconds.

2. EVOLine Tangential Rolling Head: 3-DPrinted For More Stability
Rolling systems allow extremely fast product ion of external threads with high fatigue strength. The thread rolling heads used and a rapid, reliable tool change are crucial. The new EVOilne tangential rolling head makes your processes even more efficient and user-friendly. It can be installed and removed without any tools. Labeling on the components facilitates assembly and the identification of spare parts. LMT Tools produces the roller head hinges using 3D printing methods to optimize the volume flow and distribution from the adjustable cooling and rinsing nozzles.
The structures are also more precisely oriented to the force flow, which optimizes the break resistance of the tool. In addition, the rolling head is fitted with a sensor for force measurements, which continuously supplies data for more efficient tool use.
3. UNIFY lndexible Insert Hob:
Newsingle-part design has created a compact and robust base plate. The new UNIFY Indexable insert hob came to founding, as it was created to enable even more users to utilize carbide with economic efficiency. LMT Fette is expanding its standard range for the HPF Max grade, which is immediately available up to size M33. Features include a micrograin carbide substrate (LCP25G), optimized geometry and an especially wear resistant TiCNcoating. These factors guarantee improved cost-effectiveness in mass production and in mechanical engineering compared to one-piece HSS forming taps

The CopyMax®2 indexable insert that features can entirely new design by LMT Kieningerguarantees top performance in mold and die making: Apart from improved cutting and material properties, the copy milling plate has a fully functional second cutting edge. When the first cutting edge is worn down, the second cutting edge can be turned over and used with the same service life. In cases of practical applications it was possible to quadruple service life. Another new feature is that the milling plate is manufactured using the High Quality Sintering (HOS) process. Here, increased pressure and special forming ensure stabler cutting edges on the tool. This facilitates highly consistent and reliable cutting of the material over large material surfaces.
